ABOUT PROJECT
The annual IAMS Ascend Virtual Kick-Off event is held every January. This workshop features some of the best minds in the financial industry and will cover industry news, new marketing strategies, sales concepts, and more. Several featured speakers are lined up to discuss important ideas as we head into the new year. This program was produced in-house at the photo/video studio at Insurance Agency Marketing Services located in Omaha, Nebraska.

Project Management
We utilized the GoToWebinar platform to facilitate the hosting of our two-day event, effectively live-streaming the proceedings to an audience of over 600 attendees. Utilizing the platform's features, I exercised control over the visual content displayed to the audience, configuring settings to showcase slide presentations, recorded videos, remote presenters, and live-streamed sessions.
Logo Design
This is the logo design I created for Ascend using Adobe Illustrator. The primary objective of this logo was to establish a distinct brand identity for the Ascend virtual kick-off event while preserving a seamless connection to the IAMS brand. Equally crucial was the creation of a unique and individualized identity for the logo. Taking these requirements into account, I meticulously crafted the design to ensure it could be effectively presented on both dark and light backgrounds.
Video / Video Editing
I captured and refined the video intros for our IAMS 2022 & 2023 Virtual Kick-Off sessions. To ensure high quality, I used our cutting-edge Canon XA40 4K UHD Pro Camcorder for filming. Post-production was carried out using Adobe Premiere, where I skillfully edited the footage. I utilized Adobe After Effects to create captivating overlaid animations.
In 2023, I took the initiative to enhance the promotional video by utilizing an After Effects template. This strategic decision significantly saved time and resulted in a significantly more engaging final product compared to the previous year's version.

Website Design
I assisted in designing and developing this website closely with my fellow coworker. I helped develop the Sponsor Gallery where you'll find videos, resources, and information from all of our generous sponsors.
