Did you know that June is officially recognized as Annuity Awareness Month in Nebraska? Each year, I travel to the State Capitol in Lincoln to film and photograph our Vice President, Chris Conroy, as the Governor signs the official proclamation. I then edit the footage—adding animation and stock video—to create a social media post for Insurance Agency Marketing Services, promoting our Annuity Awareness Month Kit for agents. This recurring project continues to bring exciting opportunities—over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with both Governor Pete Ricketts and Governor Jim Pillen. Through IAMS, I’m fortunate to return to Lincoln annually to document these meaningful moments and help raise awareness for Annuity Awareness Month.
